À parte, peneire a farinha e o fermento. Desligue a batedeira e junte os ingredientes peneirados, misturando delicadamente. Leve para assar em uma forma retangular (29 cm x 39 cm) untada com manteiga e forrada com papel-manteiga. Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC e asse o rocambole por 20 minutos. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar. Misture até obter um creme liso e acrescente o licor. Espere esfriar e bata o restante do creme de leite em ponto de chantilly (reserve 4 colheres de sopa para a finalização) e junte ao creme de chocolate já frio. Acrescente o chocolate meio amargo picado restante (100 g), misturando delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Cobertura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em um refratário médio, coloque o chocolate picado e o creme de leite. Leve ao banho-maria ou microondas em potência média por 1 minuto e 30 segundos, mexendo na metade do tempo. Misture bem e acrescente o licor. Reserve para a montagem do rocambole.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;Retire o papel-manteiga do rocambole e, sobre uma superfície limpa e seca, coloque a massa. Forre uma forma para rocambole (30 cm x 12 cm) com filme plástico e coloque a massa do rocambole. Corte o excesso de massa e reserve. Espalhe a mousse e, em seguida, cubra com a massa reservada. Leve para a geladeira por cerca de 3 horas. Retire da geladeira, tire o filme plástico e passe uma fina camada de chantilly (as 4 colheres reservadas).
